Ive always been a “hard-gainer” meaning I can’t ever seem to put on weight. Over the years I have tried so many diet plans that I found online but they always have their own issues. He is also considerate of your food tastes and is more than willing to change your plan based on your likes and dislikes. Finally, my favorite thing is that you can tell he actually thinks about your food plan, rather than just copying and pasting the same diet plan for every customer. With Kaleb’s coaching, I gained five pounds in two weeks with virtually no change in my body fat percentage, so I highly recommend him.

When I started my off season meal plan with Kaleb in 2021, I went into it strong and healthy, but I had a bit of a belly.
